GEMÜSE: the best German kebab in Paris

Welcome to GEMÜSE, France's first Berlin Kebap. Since October 2018, in our restaurant located at 61 rue Ramey in Paris, we have been working tirelessly to offer you the best kebab possible, the kebap of our dreams. A generous, colourful kebap with an explosive taste, 100% homemade, and cooked with a lot of love.

One day a friend asked us, fear in his eyes, if we knew that GEMÜSE meant “Vegetables” in German. Well, we do, and that's the whole concept behind our version of the Berliner Kebap. The idea here is to offer a gourmet sandwich, filled with fresh grilled vegetables, accompanied by a homemade spit of marinated chicken, all sprinkled with fresh cheese and served in a warm traditional Turkish loaf. Our Berliner Kebap plays with textures and tastes, while being less fatty and more complete than the traditional French kebab.

A variety of kebap recipes

At GEMÜSE we focus on what we do best: kebab. So there are just 3 main recipes: the Classic, the Vegetarian and the Kebap of the Month. We've recently added two other vegetarian recipes: Halloumi and Falafel. Here's the Classic: an authentic and generous kebap, prepared with love, garnished with raw vegetables, grilled vegetables, fresh cheese and the homemade marinated chicken kebab that we make twice a day (at each service).

Our recipes are served in a choice of Turkish pide bread prepared specially by our baker every morning, in a galette (the dürüm) or in a bowl accompanied by spiced bulgur. Vegetarian recipes are also available all year round at GEMÜSE, featuring vegetables and raw vegetables, accompanied by nice slices of halloumi or crispy falafels.

GEMÜSE also offers delicious fresh chips with herbs and spices, 7 exclusive homemade sauces, Turkish and German drinks, good beer and a warm atmosphere!

Each month we also offer a new recipe inspired by the cuisine of different countries: Mali, Vietnam, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Mexico, Indonesia...

GEMÜSE - at home with us

GEMÜSE is first and foremost a friendly place that we've designed as our second home (we actually spend more time here than in our first). But it's also and above all yours, and we hope you'll feel at home here. Don't hesitate to come and chat with us, tell us what you want or what you think, or just tell us a joke (funny jokes only, please): this is your home.
